Who owns my subscribers?+
You do. Subscribers join your Telegram channel directly. You can export the list anytime as CSV. We are infrastructure, not a walled garden.
How long does setup take?+
Around 2 minutes. Paste your bot token, link your bank via Razorpay or Cashfree, create plans, share the mini-app link. That is it.
When do payouts land in my bank?+
T+2 to T+3 working days. Razorpay and Cashfree both settle direct to your registered bank account. We never custody funds.
What does the platform fee cover?+
Hosting your mini-app, payment processing handoff, Telegram bot infra, channel access automation, analytics, and support. Flat percent per successful subscription. No hidden charges.
Can I run my own brand on the mini-app?+
Yes. Creator plan and above give you logo, color, channel name, and on Studio plan a fully custom domain.
What payment methods do subscribers see?+
UPI, all major cards, netbanking, and select wallets — through the gateway you connect.
Can I offer free trials or coupons?+
Yes. Create trial-period plans, percentage or flat coupons, and referral rewards from the dashboard.
What happens when a subscriber stops paying?+
Renewal fails → grace window of your choice → automated removal from the channel. They can re-subscribe anytime.
For Subscribers
How do I get access after paying?+
Within seconds. The bot DMs you a one-time invite link to the channel or group. No manual approval.
How do I cancel?+
Open the creator's mini-app → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Access continues until the period you already paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?+
Refund policy is set by each creator and shown at checkout. Disputes are handled per the gateway's chargeback process.
Is my payment secure?+
Payments run through PCI-DSS Level 1 gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree). We never see your card number.
Legal & Compliance
What content is allowed?+
Content must comply with Indian law and Telegram's terms. No obscene, illegal, infringing, or harmful material. Violations result in immediate suspension. See our Terms for the full list.
Are you the publisher or an intermediary?+
We are an intermediary providing infrastructure — payments routing, channel access automation, analytics. Creators publish their own content on their own Telegram channels. We act on lawful notices and enforce our content policy.
How do you handle takedown requests?+
Email support@ with the URL or creator handle and the legal basis. We review and act within the statutory window required by applicable law.
Is GST charged?+
Platform fee is GST-applicable. Subscription GST handling is the creator's responsibility based on their turnover and registration status. Studio plan includes GST report exports.
