Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service

TGSubsBot is a fully digital SaaS product. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping charges and no physical delivery addresses are required.

2. Activation Timeline

• Account access — your dashboard is provisioned immediately on successful sign-up. You can log in and start configuring your bot right away.
• Paid plan activation — paid plans are activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway. In rare cases of gateway delay, activation may take up to 30 minutes.
• Subscriber access (creators' subscribers) — when a subscriber pays a creator through the Service, channel/group access is granted automatically within 1 minute of payment confirmation.

3. If Access Is Not Granted

If your plan does not activate within 30 minutes of payment, please:

• Check your registered email for a payment-confirmation receipt.
• Reload your dashboard.
• If still not active, email support@tgsubsbot.com with your transaction ID. We respond within 2 business hours during Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST.

4. International Availability

The Service is available worldwide. Payments are processed in INR. Customers outside India can pay using international cards subject to availability through the payment gateway.
