These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TGSubsBot("Service", "we", "us"), operated by TGSubsBot. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these criteria.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tgsubsbot.com of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable Use
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws of India.
- You will not sell access to content that infringes intellectual property, depicts minors, promotes violence, or violates Telegram's Terms of Service.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- You will not use the Service to launder funds, facilitate fraud, or evade taxes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.
4. Payments and Fees
Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed by our payment processors (Razorpay, Cashfree). You authorise auto-renewal of recurring subscriptions until you cancel. Applicable taxes (GST) are charged in addition to the listed price.
Creators using the Service to collect payments from their subscribers receive settlements directly via their connected payment-gateway sub-merchant account.TGSubsBot does not custody creator funds.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the TGSubsBot name, logo, software, and design, is the property of TGSubsBot and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (channel branding, plans, posts, messages). You grant us a limited licence to host and deliver that content to your subscribers. You are solely responsible for the legality of content you sell.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific revenue outcome. Telegram is a third-party platform and we are not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold TGSubsBot harmless against any claim arising from content you sell through the Service or your breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend the Service immediately if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office location of TGSubsBot (City, State, PIN) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
